Flare and Fire: Act of Volition pg 84

Here's Rickey's slightly older brother, Mickey! He's one of the head's of the Dragon Counsel, and Psyro's mentor, similarly to that of Flare and Rickey. Some find him to be a bit "mean", but he considers himself to be strict. He can get a bit on the grumpy side, but he means no harm to anyone. He loves to teach, but he won't hold anything back when it comes to discipline.

Side note: Rickey and Mickey actually has a sister, but I'll leave her appearance off, later. Dragonflies tend to have many eggs in one basket.
