This is Rickie "The Naturefly" Dragonfly. He is the Ring-Round-Event organizer, highly respected teacher of dragonflies and dragons, and a close friend of Psyro "pyro" Dragon. Sadly, I didn't have the chance to make a ref sheet for him, but I plan to make one for him soon. Fun fact: Ricky's design is inspired by characters, such as Riku, Rick Flair, and Thundurus.
